Meet Brad

Brad has been in the health and fitness field for 35 years, working with all age groups and fitness levels!  After graduating from the University of Southern California, where he attended on a full football scholarship, Brad decided to pursue a career in the health and fitness field.  First became certified in message therapy through Maria Grove's Touch Therapy Institute, now known as The National Holistic Institute.  Working alongside nationally recognized Physical Therapist Tom Papke PT working as a Physical Therapist Aid, and later he became certified by the American Council on Exercise.

 

Brad also learned a great deal from his father, George Anderson, who was the Head Trainer for the Oakland/Los Angeles Raider football team from 1960 – 1995, and was inducted into the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Hall of Fame.   George was nominated into the NFL Class of 2013 Hall of Fame as the first ATC Athletic Trainer.  Additionally, his knee brace (the Anderson Knee Stabler) was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.  Brad has an extensive network of renowned local area doctors and physical therapists that he consults with regularly.
